This coffee is cultivated in the shade of various fruit and native trees. Its fertilization and management practices are agroecological. The coffee is naturally dried in the sun while retaining 100% of its mucilage (often referred to as coffee honey), which enhances its ecological production by preventing the discharge of water rich in organic matter into the soil. This method also ensures efficient use of water resources on the farm. The medium roast brings forth a soft and sweet flavor profile, featuring notes of orange, chocolate, and caramel citrus.
